Student Mobility Travel Grant

To apply for the Student Mobility Travel Grant, students are required to be active members of iLead (have attended atleast 3 lectures [skill builders & or ILS] and completed atleast 10 activity points). The Travel Grant is subject to change and is only a small supplement. The payment is not guaranteed and you should not rely on this payment to cover all costs.

Semester Experiences
Up to $1200

Short-Term Experiences
Up to $750

* For students participating in an overseas conference, $250 - $750 depending on the length of activity.

To apply for a Travel Grant, students are required to:

  1. Complete the Online Travel Grant Application Form
  2. Submit the Travel Grant Evidence Form and required evidence to the International Office.

Application deadlines: 15 February, 15 March, 15 April, 15 May, 15 June, 15 July, 15 August, 15 September, 15 October, 15 November

Students receiving an Australian Government Scholarship, or the Hartley Exchange Studies Scholarship, will not be eligible to apply for the travel grant.
