Winter Farewell Festival
Get your skates on and say farewell to winter!
Ice skating has come to campus from Tuesday 17 September from 10am – 5pm daily at Park on the Hill. With events for Students, Staff and the Community - there is plenty of opportunity to unleash your inner Torvill and/or Dean.
Community event
Saturday 21 September 10am – 4pm
Come and say farewell to winter with a FREE family friendly event at our Callaghan Campus. Relax at our Park on the Hill (right next door to Bar on the Hill) with live entertainment and pop-up food stalls from 10-4pm.
The event is FREE to skate but you will need to register:

Friday 20 September 5pm – 9pm
Come and say farewell to winter with a family friendly event at Park on the Hill. On Friday 20 September, you can skate your stress away from 5-9pm. Bar on the Hill will be open and are putting on a special kid friendly menu – bonus, dinner is sorted!

What are the ingredients for an ice-skating adventure? A free ice rink, some blades, and a sunny bushland campus of course!
The Park on the Hill Ice Rink will be at Callaghan over five cool days.
Students can hit the ice for FREE from Tuesday 17 – Saturday 21 September. The best part is there are no bookings required - just turn up and skate!
For those of us who love a Christmas jumper, there'll be a cringe-worthy Christmas Party on Wednesday 18 September from 5pm - 9pm. There's no need to book and the event is free, BUT we absolutely need you to rock up in your best cringe-worthy Christmas gear. Bar on the Hill will have music and food and drinks, as well as specials prizes for best Christmas jumper! It's the most wonderful time of the (uni) year.
