Hands reaching towards 'Right to Education'
The Centre for Law and Social Justice in collaboration with the Human Rights Law Centre have produced a comprehensive Right to Education Report.
The right to education is not adequately enshrined in the Australian context. Learn more about how the right to education is understood, education for vulnerable groups, consequences of no enforceable right to education and the Federal Charter of Human Rights.
