UONDRH Symposium: Educating for Collaborative Practice in Healthcare
The University of Newcastle Department of Rural Health (UONDRH) invites you to attend a symposium about current issues and practices in engaging healthcare students and practitioners in teaching and learning for patient-centred collaborative practice
Topics for discussion include:
- Interprofessional practice and education
- Collaborative practice models for improved patient centred care
- Service learning -structured opportunities for student placements with communitypartners designed to meet academic learning objectives while addressing identified community needs
