The Australian Linguistic Society is the national organization for linguists and linguistics in Australia. Its primary goal is to further interest in and support for linguistics research and teaching in Australia.
The 2014 Australian Linguistic Society Conference is being hosted by the University of Newcastle.

The Australian Linguistic Society annual conference welcomes papers on any topic within the fields of general linguistics, applied linguistics, and sociolinguistics. Papers are 20min presentation + 10min question time.
Submission Deadline: 5 September 2014
