Support Group for Parents
This series of four 60 minute online sessions is designed to support students who are also juggling the demands of parenting. These interactive sessions will cover topics such as setting reasonable expectations for self, routines, self-care and self-compassion and communication. Students at any stage of their studies are welcome to attend.
