R U OK? Day is our national day of action when we remind Australians that every day is the day to ask, ‘are you OK?’ and start a meaningful conversation whenever they spot the signs that someone they care about might be struggling with life. The 2023 theme of R U OK? Day is "here to hear", encouraging Australians that by simply listening you have helped them feel supported.
Keep an eye out for buy one, get one free coffees from selected vendors across Callaghan, NUspace, Q Building, and Ourimbah campuses this R U OK? Day. Pick up your free coffee from 9am to 12pm from one of the participating cafes below, but get in quick as this offer is limited! Make sure to bring your student ID card with you to claim this offer.
