The AskUON team within Student Central is looking for 30+ current students to become casual Customer Service Assistants.

The AskUON team are responsible for responding to enquiries about the University by phone, email, face-to-face, and online from prospective, current and past students, as well as staff and the general community.

Successful applicants will be based at the Enquiries Centre at the Callaghan campus, and/or any of our Student Hubs which include the City Campus, Hunter Hub at Callaghan, and the Ourimbah Hub at the Central Coast campus.

The Student Hubs and Enquiry Centre offer a place for students to get advice and referrals from trained staff about any matter relating to their time at university, including academic, administrative, and support services.

In order for your application to be considered, applicants MUST attend a one-hour online information session. Join the online information session to hear more details about the position. We will provide tips on how to submit a high-quality application and outline the support available to help you through the application process.
