Thankfully our panel of Careers experts are here to help you out in our "How to Find a Job" Facebook Live on Wednesday 7 October from 4pm - 5pm. They'll have tips, advice, and insights to help in the development of an employment & experience narrative, as well as demonstrate the importance of building employability skills and experience whilst studying. They'll also discuss the challenges in finding a job in this crazy time.

Trent studied Environmental Science at the University of Newcastle and has enjoyed a remarkably successful career in business.
As the founder of startup accelerator Slingshot, he has incubated 160 new startup companies over the last seven years.

JESSICA STUART: TALENT ACQUISITION BUSINESS PARTNER AT NIB

Jessica has 15 years’ experience within the recruitment industry, working for organisations such as Network Ten, Qantas and Intercontinental Hotels Group. Now with the nib Group, Jessica is partnering with the business to deliver high-quality strategic recruitment for multiple business areas, particularly focused on IT, Finance & Business Intelligence.

JADE NICHOLSON: ADMINISTRATION OFFICER AT WOLLOTUKA CENTRE OF INDIGENOUS ENGAGEMENT AND ADVANCEMENT

Jade recently graduated with a Bachelor of Social Science, from the University of Newcastle and had a wealth of job experience. Jade participated in the Study Abroad program and spent a semester as a student at the University of South Carolina. As a student, Jade juggled multiple jobs, including working on campus in several roles and externally at David Jones, Mercy Services, just to name a few. Jade understands the importance of developing her employability skills and building networks. She has used these strengths to leverage some amazing experiences, including undertaking study trips to Borneo and Japan.
