Time to don your walking shoes!

You're invited to increase your physical activity and improve your cardiovascular health by participating in this year's 10,000 Steps Challenge.

Commencing 6 August 2014, participants (in teams of seven) will record and log their daily steps, aiming to cover 6,000km over eight weeks (equivalent to walking from Byron Bay to Canarvon!)
