Dave Wells celebrates the release of his long-anticipated second solo album.
After a slow climb out of the pandemical abyss, Dave's long-anticipated second solo album will now venture into the new normal.
Recorded in a small window of time during lockdowns, the sonically diverse record, produced by the world-renowned Nick DiDia, will be interpreted by the songwriter and his masterful band in its entirety. Dave will celebrate its release within the beautiful acoustic surrounds of the Newcastle Conservatorium's stunning Harold Lobb Concert Hall. Supporting the launch will be the mysterious pop majesty of Maicey and the intriguingly sensuous and elegant power-pop of ChaiChester.
The evening will be hosted by Newcastle Live presenter Bonnie-Anne and will include a special guest reading from local music journalist and author Nick Milligan.
