Tax Deductibility

Donations made under this program will be deducted from pre-tax salary and will appear on your annual Payment Summary under the heading 'Workplace Giving, Newcastle Uni'.

I note the advice of the Australian Taxation Office regarding the characteristics of tax deductible donations i.e. that they are made voluntarily and that they do not provide any material benefit to the donor. I understand that:

- UON has an obligation to respect my wishes in relation to the purpose of the donation;
- the donation, once made, will be under UON's sole direction and control
