Why sponsor a PhD student?

Many students are attracted to a research experience that positions them well for securing employment after completing their HDR studies. This program offers the flexibility for students to spend time at the industry sponsor’s premises and to be co-supervised by qualified industry mentors. As such, the program attracts high-quality candidates interested in boosting their prospects for future employment. While there can be no requirement that the candidate takes up a position, the program will forge relationships with life-ready graduates equipped with real-world research and industry project management skills.
