Common Use Agreement - A Common Use Agreement (CUA) is a whole of University standing offer agreement for the supply of specific goods or services commonly used within the University. CUAs are aggregated supply arrangements that enable schools and units to source goods and/or services.
Restricted Use Agreement - A Restricted Use Agreement (RUA) is a University agreement for the supply of specific goods or services that has limited access due to its specifically defined usage (electricity, gas, maintenance services, etc.)
Registered Supplier- A Registered Supplier is one that is already registered within the University's Procure to Pay System. The supplier is an existing creditor with the University.
Standing Offer Agreements - Standing offers are competitively tendered agreements that are used when the University has an ongoing, repetitive requirement for products and/or services, but the exact volume of products or services is not known.
