Euripides: Medea

This production is a University of Newcastle research project to investigate how a Greek play may be performed in the modern proscenium arch theatre, as opposed to the arena configuration for which they were originally designed.

The University of Newcastle acknowledges the traditional custodians of the lands within our footprint areas: Awabakal, Darkinjung, Biripai, Worimi, Wonnarua, and Eora Nations. We also pay respect to the wisdom of our Elders past and present.
