You will be considered for entry based on criteria such as your undergraduate studies and/or equivalent prior learning and/or relevant work experience.

The Graduate Certificate in Digital Media is a 40-unit postgraduate qualification, with admission available for applicants who have one of the following qualifications or equivalent:

  • Bachelor Honours Degree; or
  • Bachelor Degree plus one year’s relevant work experience; or
  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a related field plus two years’ relevant work experience; or
  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma in an unrelated field plus three years’ relevant work experience; or
  • At least five years’ relevant work experience.

Related fields and relevant work experience includes digital media technology, web and interactive media development, digital media industries, computer games, CGI effects development, consultancy and education.

Work experience can be identified through: certified copies of all relevant qualifications, a detailed CV, and a statement of service or signed letters from employers confirming your role, duties and period of employment.

Applicants for this program must satisfy a minimum English Language Proficiency Standard equivalent to an IELTS overall minimum of 6.5 with no subtest result below 6.0.
