Student advisory council
The Student Advisory Council was established in March 2017 to:
- Provide advice on the education and social life of students.
- Act as a channel for communication between the University and the student community on matters affecting the academic and social wellbeing of students.
- Consult, advise and make recommendations to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic).
A range of students sit on the council, including an undergraduate from each of the University’s faculties, an Indigenous student, an International student, as well as post-grad representatives and other student stakeholders.
The Council meets four times per year. If you would like to raise an issue for discussion, either contact a Council member or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
