Staying healthy is super important when you're a student. To make things easy for you, the uni has a range of health related services right at your fingertips on campus – from GPs available for all students to access, to a pharmacy to fill that prescription or grab some vitamins, we want to make sure you're on top of your game so you can tackle your studies.

Life can sometimes be challenging, and we know students have their own unique challenges to manage as well. UON has a range of counselling services – including an online counsellor who can talk to you online while you're at home – designed to help students with their specific issues, whether related to studies or not.

Spiritual health is an important part of life for many people. UON provides multi-faith and non-denominational support to help keep your spirit healthy.

We all know a healthy body helps your mind stay healthy too - and you need your mind for your studies! The Forum has gyms at the Callaghan Campus and in Newcastle city, and UON students can take out special membership options while the Ourimbah Gym Clinic at our Central Coast campus provides access to free exercise equipment and health and fitness programming.
