Reporting sexual misconduct to UON: Informal disclosure to Campus Care

You can disclose information about sexual misconduct to UON with a request for no further action.

The Sexual Misconduct Online Reporting Form is submitted to UON Campus Care and kept on file. You can choose to provide personal details or report anonymously.

Disclosing information does not initiate an investigation by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) (or NSW Police). The information you provide can, however, be used to make a formal report at a later stage should you choose to do so.

If you complete the Sexual Misconduct Online Reporting Form UON will not undertake a formal investigation without first seeking your permission. You may however be contacted by Campus Care to ensure that you have information about how to access academic and non-academic support services and resources.

Under exceptional circumstances, such as serious risk of harm, the DVC (Academic) and/or the Police may need to be informed. UON will seek to do this in consultation with you.

Alternatively, if you wish you may make a Formal Sexual Misconduct Report to UON or a report to NSW Police.
