Meditation promotes healthy living and can teach you to better manage stress, anxiety and exhaustion. Training in meditation is an approach we can learn with practice. There is evidence that meditation enhances a healthy state of mind and body.

Our counselling service provides both meditation workshops and exercises to help you practice meditation. There are many types of meditation, so you need to find the type that suits you best.
