Five Ways to Wellbeing
Five Ways to Wellbeing is a set of actions that are effective in enhancing the wellbeing and mental health of those who put them into practice in their everyday lives.
The Five Ways were developed by an organisation in the UK called the New Economics Foundation as part of a government project, and are supported by a broad range of research and evidence.
Around the world, the Five Ways to Wellbeing have been used by health organisations, schools and community projects to help people take action to improve their wellbeing.
