Rider Levett Bucknall is one of the latest inductees into the Work Integrated Learning Hall of Fame. Since 2003, they have been preparing students of the University of Newcastle for success in the construction/property workforce. Whether it’s cadetships, mentoring, site visits, or advisory panel accreditation support and engagement, Rider Levett Bucknall are dedicated to cultivating skilled, career-ready personnel.
Rider Levett Bucknall prides itself on inspiring students from the get-go. Participating heavily in Career Expos, employees engage with potential cadets giving them a taste of what a career with them truly looks like.
Going above and beyond, they also facilitate lunchtime discussions on different consulting professions, providing added industry exposure and mentorship. What’s more, they offer lecturers providing ongoing insights along the journey to assist in accreditation and research integrated learning. Rider Levett Bucknall enhance employability and have been an aspirational company in the eyes of construction students for many years.
