Our Safety and Security Services Team are here 24/7 to respond to any issue. Our campuses have a number of Security Help Points found in strategic locations around our campus. To view the map click here.

How to use the different Security Help Points


Standalone blue poles

To call Safety and Security Services press the green button, the call will then be diverted to security where you can speak with an officer. The red button can be pressed to contact the University Switch Board.


Wall mounted phones

To call Safety and Security Services press the top silver button marked Security, the call will then be diverted to security where you can speak with an officer. The bottom silver button can be pressed to contact the University Switch Board.


NeW Space wall mounted intercom

To call Safety and Security Services press the red button, the call will then be diverted to security where you can speak with an officer.


Student accommodation wall mounted phones

To use the Security Help Points in the accommodation precinct, dial 15888. There will be a delay of approximately seven seconds, please do not hang up the phone during this delay. Stay on the line, the call will then be diverted to security where you can speak with an officer.
