Managers and Leaders are key to conflict resolution and the interactive guide provides leaders with the relevant knowledge and skills to identify conflict early and work to assist in the resolution of conflict.
These resources have been developed to assist in the implementation and support of the improvements made to The University of Newcastle – Respectful and Collaborative program.
