Vice-Chancellor's Award for Collaboration Excellence
The Vice-Chancellor's Awards for Collaboration Excellence acknowledge and reward outstanding cross-unit or external collaboration and engagement resulting in a change to the status quo and building of an agile and outcomes focused culture.
Nominations are open to teams for outstanding cross unit or external collaboration, or individuals for outstanding collaboration with external stakeholders.
All staff who are either ongoing or on a fixed term appointment normally greater than 12 months, are eligible for nomination.
Nominations must have demonstrated excellence through collaboration in at least one of the following areas:
- Innovation in addressing a specific challenge or opportunity;
- Making a significant impact to the University which has resulted in enhanced productivity, efficiency, cost savings or culture change; or
- Implementation of a sector first/sector leading initiative
Award recipients receive $2,000 for individual or $4,000 for the group/team, paid as salary.
