Social media guidelines for members
Please take a moment to consider the social media guidelines of the UON Academy LinkedIn group.
This group is for all University of Newcastle sessional/casual academic staff and provides a centralised hub for all information relating to staff. Here you will find links to resources, tool kits, event details, as well as colleagues achievements, newsletters and Univeristy announcements.
All posts submitted as discussions will be moderated prior to approval. Any posts that are deemed to be unrelated to sessional/casual academic staff will be deleted as will members who consistently post unrelated promotional or defamatory content.
Occasional job postings are permitted but must be listed under the ‘Jobs’ tab.
No profanity will be tolerated. Any posts that are perceived as spam will be deleted immediately as will be the member who is posting such content.
