New Faculty Orientation
New Faculty Orientation (NFO) is a probationary requirement for most new academic appointments.
It is an integral part of The Centre for Teaching and Learning's induction and support of all teaching staff, to enable academics to deliver world-class educational experiences.
NFO aims to familiarise new teaching staff with our unique learning environment and provide opportunities for professional development, networking and collegiality. The program is run over five full days. The first day of this orientation program is "Teaching Essentials".
New Teaching Staff, with a probationary requirement to complete Teaching Essentials and New Faculty Orientation, should register for the next available sessions. Please check your letter of appointment to confirm your probationary requirement before registering.
