All staff members can access the following forms:

Request to Destroy Records

To request the destruction of records (paper or electronic), please complete the 'Request to Destroy Records' Form and return the completed form to Records Governance Services (RGS) electronically.

The request will be assessed and a member of RGS will send you an email to approve the destruction of the records, or provide relevant advice. Please do not destroy documents before receiving approval to do so.


Off-site storage of longterm University Records

To assess records for off-site storage, please download and complete the Records Assessment Form, and return the completed form to Records Governance Services (RGS) electronically.

The request will be assessed and a member of RGS will send you an email to arrange the collection of the records, or provide relevant advice.


TRIM (HPE RM) - Access Application Form

Prior to completing the TRIM (HPE Records Manager) Access Application form, please email Records Governance Services (RGS) and outline your requirements.

A Records Governance officer will contact you to discuss licenses, and training requirements.
Complete the TRIM Access Application form and once signed, please email the completed form to RGS for processing.
