Forms and Guides for Storing and Destroying University Records
All staff members can access the following forms:
To request the destruction of records (paper or electronic), please complete the 'Request to Destroy Records' Form and return the completed form to Records Governance Services (RGS) electronically.
The request will be assessed and a member of RGS will send you an email to approve the destruction of the records, or provide relevant advice. Please do not destroy documents before receiving approval to do so.
To assess records for off-site storage suitability, please download and complete the Records Assessment Form, and return the completed form to Records Governance Services email@example.com electronically. For additional information on how to complete the Off-site Storage Assessment form please refer to the Sending Records To Off-site Storage Guide.
