Description
Contracts II examines the principles of contract law, including the law relating to obligations, content, excuses from performance (invalidating factors and termination) and remedies. These topics are explored in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 8 and 16 as contracts promote economic growth and development while strengthening the rule of law. The course will also focus on the development of skills in the areas of questioning, critical thinking and risk management. These skills will complement and reinforce your understanding of the course content areas and will build your graduate skills portfolio.
