By the end of this course students will be able to apply and critique a variety of information relevant to the relationships between nutrition, health and disease; this will include methodologies, evidence and interactions with other factors influencing nutrition, health and disease outcomes. This will prepare students to engage with various stakeholders in nutrition, health and disease including health, government and public health sectors, and the food industry.
