Description

This course advances students┬┐ knowledge of the principles and practices of teaching and learning Mathematics in secondary schools. Students will explore and critically analyse ways of differentiating curriculum to meet the diverse needs of learners in the Mathematics classroom. Specific attention will be given to the literacy and numeracy demands of Mathematics as an area of practice; and the incorporation of technology into the teaching and learning of Mathematics.

On successful completion of the course students will be able to:
