Join us at twilight to take your tastebuds on a journey through the Orient and beyond. Meet friends at dining tables under our starry marquee or bring a picnic rug so you can kick back on the sprawling greens of Gregson Park and enjoy the night’s entertainment and illuminated sights.
Atelier 126 will tempt your tastebuds their gyoza, Chinese pulled meat and sugar cane juice. Lets Do Yum Cha will have all the classic favourites like BBQ Pork Bun, Prawn and Chive Dumplings, Chicken Dim Sims, Vegan Dumplings, Veggie Spring Roll, Sticky rice and Chicken wrapped in lotus leaves. Sadly Gumshara Ramen have pulled out of the line up due to equipment availability but Dumplings King have stepped up to the challenge with the their homemade dumplings. These food enthusiasts make their dough and batter from scratch, fill them with fresh ingredients and wrap them by hand with passion and pride! You can also stock up on all your Asian pantry essentials at the Young Asian Grocer.
Locals Schillykickk , Lings Home Kitchen, Nan's Dumpling Time, Yan's Asian Caterer and Sushi Castle will bring all your market favourite meals but El Poco Foodtruck will deliver a bit of twist on the usual, with specials on your Mexican favourites with an Asian Twist, including the Mi Goreng Burrito! YUM!
