The Newcastle Business School Bachelor of Business (Marketing major) and Master of Marketing programs are accredited with the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI) until September 2019.
The Newcastle Business School Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management major) and Master of Human Resource Management programs are accredited with the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI).
The Newcastle Business School Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting major) and Master of Professional Accounting programs are accredited with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
The Newcastle Business School Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting major) and Master of Professional Accounting programs are accredited with CPA Australia.
The University of Newcastle has been welcomed into the CFA Institute University Affiliation Program. The Master of Applied Finance has been acknowledged as incorporating at least 70 percent of the CFA Program Candidate Body of Knowledge (CBOK) and placing emphasis on the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice within the program. This program position students well to obtain the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation, which has become the most respected and recognized investment credential in the world.
