RESEARCH RETREAT 2017: Thursday 13 July - HB15 Lecture Theatre (9am-12pm) & The Glasshouse (12pm-5pm)
The Research Retreat is an annual event which aims to engage ELFSC staff in thinking about enabling research. The morning session provides an opportunity for all teaching staff to hear about projects conducted by peers in ELFSC and other faculties at UON. A guest speaker external to UON has also been organised for this year: Associate Professor Sarah O’Shea from the University of Wollongong. The afternoon session for ongoing staff is intended for further presentations including by NRC project holders and staff undertaking doctoral studies. It is also an occasion for strategic discussions about the ELFSC research agenda and how staff might develop their research capacity and research collaboration.
