Subpoena Handling Procedure

1.  Context

This document provides the appropriate process for the handling of subpoenas at the University

2.  Procedure

Subpoenas received by the University, including subpoenas served by mail or by a process server should be referred to the University's Proper Officer, who is authorised to receive & action subpoenas.

The Proper Officer is the University General Counsel.
