Project	Data Management and Management Reporting
Purpose	To empower the Corporate Information group deliver accurate and consistent management reports when needed and in the format required via effective communication channels.

Business Benefits	Improvement in productivity and efficiency in delivering accurate and consistent corporate information. To achieve this benefit the project aims to: Provide UoN analysts with an analytic workbench, an operational and self service management reporting and analysis mechanism Establish a standardised integrated Data Management processes and business rules covering ETL, data quality and data change management. Establish Corporate Information Data Warehouse and business specific Data Marts to support analysis and management reporting needs Metadata driven application; audit trail Customised reports Set up and maintain a Reports Database Knowledge and skills transfer To enable the University analysts to make use of the analytic workbench and take advantage of the business intelligence platform To empower University technical support staff to manage and maintain the delivered environment
