About the Project Management Office

The mission of the Project Management Office (PMO) at the University of Newcastle is to enable successful project delivery by establishing, implementing, monitoring and measuring effective project management standards, methodology and processes.

The Project Management Office also acts as the central management function for IT Program of Work (PoW) projects and reports to the Strategic IT Committee (SITC).
