IT Services Maintenance Schedule 2013

Just like your car, the University's computer network and systems must undergo regular preventative maintenance to keep them in a healthy, working condition. 

And just like your car, the University's computer network and systems will be unavailable for use during that maintenance period. 

After extensive negotiation with a range of people across the University, the agreed maintenance schedule for 2013 is listed below.  It would be reasonable to assume that any or all systems could be disrupted or completely unavailable during these times. 

The 17triplezero IT Service Desk will email staff and students the week prior to each maintenance window to confirm which services will be affected, and the exact start time (normally 8am). 
Details of planned outages can be found on the 17triplezero IT Service Portal at any time.
