Guiding Principles

A number of principles provide overall guidance and direction to the development and implementation of the IT Strategic Plan, by informing the selection and delivery choices for the University’s IT solutions. The set of principles is over-arching, enduring and independent of changing IT requirements, and assists in maintaining a consistent approach across the wide variety of IT related projects and activities undertaken at the University.

The principles span across the Business, Application, Information and Technology aspects of IT delivery.
