IT Governance

IT requirements drawn from the Institutional Strategic Plan are recognised through a 2-tier IT governance framework, with portfolio based and cross institutional IT advisory groups reporting to the IT Governance Committee.

Each IT advisory group represents its corresponding portfolio or area of interest, and allows for new IT projects to be proposed and considered on an ongoing basis. Each IT advisory group includes a portfolio manager representative from IT Services.
