Reports 

The Report is to be submitted  to the Pro Vice-Chancellor and Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic ) as per the following procedures:

• A Report is to be completed by applicant, within one month of their return from SSP, and forwarded to Head of School for comments (Template available from this link );
• Head of School to forward Report to the Pro Vice-Chancellor and Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic)
