Separation/Transfer Checklist

The Separation/Transfer Checklist (PDF) is provided to assist with the Organisational Unit's management of resignations.

The Checklist is to be completed by the supervisor prior to the staff member:

  • resigning,
  • retiring,
  • transferring to another organisational unit, or
  • the contract ending.

Completion of the Checklist will ensure that University property in staff members' possession is returned prior to the cessation date. A recovery process will take place if University property is not returned.

Once complete, the Checklist should be forwarded to Human Resource Services.
