Exit Survey

Upon receipt of your resignation / retirement advice, we will send you an acknowledgement letter advising you of the next steps. The letter also includes a link to the confidential exit survey which is designed to generate a deeper understanding of staff engagement. It is an online survey which can be completed in 10 minutes. Participation in the survey is voluntary and the information provided is completely anonymous.
