2013 Service Improvement Conference
The University of Newcastle are the hosts for this year's Service Improvement Conference which is being held at Noah's on the Beach 15-16 May 2013.
This conference is focused on bringing together people engaged in a range of organisational development, business transformation and service improvement projects within their organisations with a particular focus on activities in the tertiary sector. Sessions will focus on three areas:
- Institution wide Initiatives
- Improving Student Services
- Corporate Services Case Studies
