
Mindfulness Meditation

All students and staff are warmly invited to attend a Mindfulness Meditation course. This five week course commences Monday 8th April. Each session will be of 50 minutes duration.
The course will be an introduction to mindfulness meditation. Mindfulness is a quality of consciousness found to promote health and well-being. Participants will practice mindfulness meditation, learn about the key aims of meditation and how it can be used in daily life.
TIMES: Mondays 12.00-1.00pm

The Diversity and Inclusiveness Policy 000941 has been replaced by the Promoting a Respectful and Collaborative Workplace: Diversity and Inclusiveness Policy.
The policy remains applicable for students, contractors, visitors, and other members of the University community, in addition to staff.
