Introducing myUoN

We are delighted to inform you of a new online development at the University of Newcastle - our new student portal - myUoN.  It's the online home for students.

myUoN provides students with a much wanted single sign-on 'LaunchPad' to access their most important online systems, such as Blackboard, myHub,  NUmail, myLibrary and AskUoN.

Staff can also access myUoN!

Simply sign in using your staff numberplate and password. While not all functionality will be available to staff, for example myHub and NUmail, UoNline (including Blackboard) is available with single sign-on.  Other informational portlets like the RSS feed, important dates, and student communication space can also be viewed by staff, which can keep you in touch with our students. So, there is still great worth in logging in and being across what the students are experiencing.

Targeted messaging to students

myUoN also has an excellent messaging facility that allows us to target our messaging to students in a more accurate and relevant way.
