Trilogy of public lectures on Central Coast


The Ourimbah campus is hosting three lectures over the next three months by noted academics from across Australia.  All of these events are free and open to the public.

Professor  Imelda Whelehan from the University of Tasmania will be presenting a lecture titled Is the future feminist? Reflections on the return of second wave feminism on Tuesday 27 August from 5-7pm.

Professor Anthony Hogan of the University of Canberra discusses The decoupling of economy from society: Examining the social cost of an increasingly globalised econocentric policy on Tuesday 17 September from 5-7pm.

Charles Sturt University academic Dr Jane Wilkinson presents a lecture titled Whither women in academe: Care-givers, care-free or care-less? on Tuesday 8 October from 5-7pm.
