National Student Volunteer Week

Vacation and Voluteer Expo Wednesday 7 August

To celebrate National Student Volunteer Week, the Careers Service is holding its annual Vacation and Volunteer Expo in the Brennan Room on Wednesday 7 August. We are asking staff to make sure all students are aware of this important career event.

Time: 10:30am – 1:30pm

Venue: The Brennan Room, Callaghan

The Expo, as well as other planned activities throughout National Student Volunteer Week,  will showcase a number of organisations offering vacation and volunteer positions. This is a perfect opportunity for students looking for advice or information on volunteer work or degree related vacation work.

If you are a staff member who has contact with students we are asking you to promote this event to them. We have attached a PowerPoint slide to be added to your lectures or uploaded to relevant Blackboard sites.
