Mindfulness Meditation
The course is an introduction to meditation. Mindfulness is a quality of consciousness found to promote health and well-being. Participants will practice mindfulness meditation, learn about the key aims of meditation and how it can be used in daily life.

Managing Menopause
Our presenter for this course is Dr Carolyn Hackworthy from the University Health Service. Dr Hackworthy has a specific interest in women's health. The course will cover: management of menopause symptoms, diet and exercise tips and treatment available. There will be plenty of time for questions so please come along and ask as much as you like. A light lunch will be provided.
