UniForum

Dear colleagues,

Being a world-class and innovative University at times requires assessment of how our professional services and practices are resourced and delivered, and how we measure up against other benchmarked institutions.

I am pleased to announce that the University will be participating in UniForum, a collaborative forum of 17 Universities in Australia and New Zealand working together on survey activities to provide insight into service delivery, future improvements and resourcing. This is the first step towards a whole-of-university understanding of service functions and activities.

You may be asked to participate in the UniForum survey which aims to capture important data on the activities of our professional staff. This, combined with active staff consultation, will help us understand the levels of support currently provided across the University and the breadth of activities in which our staff are involved.

The survey will run between 22 July - 9 August 2013 and be conducted by Survey Respondents on behalf of their teams. Many of you will be asked to participate as Survey Respondents and, if so, will be provided with training and support.
